Zucchini Chips
I wanted to make a healthy snack. We had an abundance of zucchini from our garden this summer!
Parchment paper sprayed with olive oil
Sprinkle the sliced zucchini with salt. Let them sit in a colander for 30 minutes.
Pat dry with a paper towel and lay out, single-layered, on a cookie sheet.
Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan. Return to oven for 15 more minutes. WATCH THEM FOR BURNING!
I wasn't watching. Mine burned! Lol. But they were tasty!
